My parents were both naturally creative and artistically driven. My mother was a teacher and homemaker extraordinaire.  She cooked, cleaned, drove carpool, cheered us on at every sporting event, in addition to being a talented seamstress and needlepoint expert (she designed and made us clothes and needlepointed detailed Christmas ornaments for my brothers and I each year). She and my Dad gave us the tools to explore our imaginations and always encouraged our creativity.  

My father was a realtor and photographer,  involved in the early days of the Laguna Beach Art Festivals. This introduced me to art and the beauty of craftsmanship, imagery, and meaningful detail. Summers spent at The Sawdust Festival and the Festival of Arts shaped my appreciation for beautiful environments and unforgettable events and experiences.

Photography was a constant throughout my childhood. My father captured family celebrations, our sporting events, quiet moments, and life’s milestones. That foundation, paired with my love for events and an instinct to create meaningful experiences for others, led me to pursue both event planning and photography.

With over twenty years of experience in luxury hospitality, I bring a calm, thoughtful and intentional approach to planning and executing events.
